Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Meridian's scheduling product coordinates care across 340 clinics. When it goes wrong, appointments get double-booked and patients wait. We're looking for an engineer who takes that seriously. You'll work across our React front end and our Node/Postgres services. Healthcare software carries real constraints — HIPAA, audit trails, data retention — and we'd rather you find those interesting than merely tolerable.

• Ship features across the stack in our scheduling and care-coordination products
• Design for auditability — in healthcare, who changed what and when is a legal requirement
• Integrate with EHR systems over HL7 and FHIR
• Review clinical workflows with our operations team before writing code
• Hold the line on test coverage in a domain where bugs have consequences

• 5+ years full-stack experience with React and a typed backend
• Experience with systems that carry compliance or audit requirements
• Strong SQL and data modelling — our domain is genuinely relational
• Clear written communication; much of our decision-making happens in documents
