Data Analyst

Our clinical operations team makes decisions that affect how 340 clinics run their day. Right now too many of those decisions are made on intuition. We want an analyst who can change that. You'll own reporting and analysis for clinical operations, working directly with the people making the decisions rather than filling ticket requests from a queue.

• Build and maintain the dashboards clinical operations uses daily
• Run analyses that answer real operational questions — utilisation, no-show rates, staffing efficiency
• Partner with engineering to improve the quality of data at the source
• Present findings to non-technical stakeholders in a way that drives action

• 3+ years in analytics with strong SQL — this is the core skill for the role
• Experience with a BI tool (Looker, Tableau, Metabase, or similar)
• Python or R for analysis beyond what SQL handles well
• Ability to explain a result to a clinician without jargon
