Engineering Manager, Platform

We're looking for an engineering manager to lead our platform team of six — the group that owns our service infrastructure, data pipelines, and integration layer. This is a people-first management role. You'll still be technical enough to review a design doc, but your job is the team, not the code.

• Lead and grow a team of six platform engineers
• Own delivery for the platform roadmap alongside the VP of Engineering
• Run hiring for your own team — you'll use this product to do it
• Coach engineers through career growth, including the hard conversations

• 3+ years managing engineers, with evidence people grew under you
• Prior hands-on engineering background in backend or platform work
• Experience running a team through an on-call rotation
• Honest, direct communication style
