FULL TIMEMid-levelRemote2 openings

About the role

When a new clinic group adopts Meridian, someone has to make it actually work in their building — map their existing workflow, configure the product, train their staff, and stay with them until it sticks. That's this role. We're looking for someone with genuine clinical operations background. You'll be talking to practice managers and nurses who can tell instantly whether you understand their day.

What you'll do

  • Own implementation for new clinic groups from kickoff through go-live
  • Map existing clinical workflows and configure Meridian to match
  • Train clinical and administrative staff
  • Feed what you learn back to product — you're closest to the user

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years in clinical operations, practice management, or healthcare implementation
  • Direct experience with an EHR system from the user side
  • Comfortable leading training sessions with clinical staff
  • Willing to travel roughly 20% for on-site go-lives
